It's good value. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Pierre Gagnaire with nice drinks. The superior queen room had everything you need, climate control, a multi-channel television and a writing table...

great beds in the rooms. the breakfast was good there. koto ward is a district that deserves exploring. location an easy walk to everything we needed, like akasaka intercity air.
